Shipping & Returns

All items are shipped via First Class mail unless you request expedited shipping via USPS Priority or Priority Express shipping.

 

International shipping to locations outside the United States is also available via USPS.

Items may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 30 days.

 

Each listing includes measurements specifying the size of the piece in inches. Please note these measurements, especially when purchasing bracelets. Wrist sizes vary widely; people also differ in terms of how tight or loose they prefer to wear their bracelets.

 

To avoid returns caused by fit issues, please consider the following:

 

• A bracelet should be slightly longer than your wrist. Before purchasing a bracelet, measure your wrist and compare it to the measurement listed. Another way to judge size is by measuring the length of a bracelet you own already.

 

• If you’re buying jewelry for someone else, try to get that person’s wrist measurement. Of course, this will not always be possible. In these cases, I will work with you to either adjust the size or choose another gift.

 

• If you like a bracelet but know it will probably not fit, contact me. Most bracelets can be adjusted to be tighter or looser—and if not, I can create an identical piece with a customized fit (for no extra charge).
